2025: WHAT’S NEXT FOR RATES AND REAL ESTATE?

As we jump into 2025, rates are steady with the average lender offering top tier conventional 30yr fixed rates near 7.125% with no points (Source: Mortgage News Daily), but January’s usual volatility could bring changes soon. National home prices remain strong, with year-over-year growth of around 4.5%, giving buyers confidence in their investment. While real estate activity slowed over the holidays, now is the perfect time to prepare for the opportunities ahead!
